this note is a very rare specimen banknote for a dinar known as or named by saddam hussein as(CROSSING DINAR) designed under the supervising of hussein kamil(saddam's son in law) in 1996 after oil for food programme been stated by the UN.the plan was to change every 1-crossing dinar by 10000 old dinars.it's very strange note cos number 3 never been seen before in any iraqi banknote
